What are my payment options?
FavorObsession accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover credit card paymenrts.
What is your shipping methods and costs?
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship all orders.
We charge our customer 5% of the order for the shipping cost.
Do you ship internationally?
We welcome international orders. Please email
info@favorobsession.com regarding international order. Currently our website is only setup for ordering from the United States Only.
How do i change or cancel my order?
You may change or cancel your order as long as the order has not been processed and shipped. All changes and cancellations will be subject to a 20% restocking fee once the order has been processed.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund. Please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges. Please return authorized orders in its original form and packaging. All product returned must be in resalable condition. No credit will be awarded for items returned damaged or broken. All returns must be free of proce stickers or markings. We must receive the return within 14 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
